Terms & Conditions
By booking lessons with Excel Driving Tuition, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These are in place to ensure safety, fairness and professionalism for all pupils.
Important Information
Driving Test Bookings
While we fully prepare and support all learners for their practical driving test, we cannot guarantee driving test availability or specific test dates. Test bookings are managed by the DVSA and are outside of our control.
From 31st March 2026, we will no longer be able to book driving tests on behalf of pupils. All learners must book their own practical driving test through the official DVSA booking system.
We are always happy to:
- Advise when you are test-ready
- Help you choose a suitable date
- Guide you through the booking process if needed
Our priority is ensuring you are fully prepared and confident before test day.
Test Centre Policy
We currently provide test-day support and operate exclusively at:
Norwich (Peachman Way) Driving Test Centre
All practical tests, mock tests and intensive course test bookings must therefore be arranged at this centre.
If you choose to book your test at an alternative test centre, you will need to arrange the use of another instructor’s vehicle.
Focusing on one test centre allows us to:
- Be highly familiar with local routes
- Prepare you for common road layouts and challenges
- Deliver targeted and structured test preparation
This helps ensure you feel confident and well prepared on the day of your test.
Intensive Courses
Intensive courses are available in 20, 25 and 30 hour formats and are designed for learners who have already had some driving experience.
Before booking an intensive course, an Assessment Lesson is strongly recommended to ensure you select the most suitable course length based on your current ability.
Please note:
- We cannot guarantee a test date to align with your course.
- Course hours are focused on helping you reach test standard safely and confidently, not simply completing a set number of hours.
- If you are not yet test-ready at the end of your intensive course, additional lessons can be purchased to continue progressing with your instructor.
Our priority is always safety, confidence and long-term driving ability.
